LAMINATED FOILS

We perform lamination processes to produce compound foils for a wide range of applications. Selected aluminium and plastic foils are bonded together in continuous processes. Laminated foils are created using high-performance adhesives to meet the necessary technical challenge.

COATED FOILS

We coat and print aluminium and plastic foils through inline processes. Colour selection and design take place according to your wishes. Excellent products are created that give you market advantages over your competitors.

REINFORCED FOILS

We reinforce aluminium and compound foils with supporting inserts, using textiles and non-woven materials made from glass or plastic fibres in various designs and thicknesses. The reinforced compounds exhibit increased tear resistance and tensile strength as well as improved stability.

STAMPED FOILS

Using embossing rollers, we give surfaces the right structure. This results in strengthened metal bands for safe further processing. Metal foils and bands of all tensile strengths are processed. Corrosion protection with surface coatings, adhesive optimisations for further processing and printing are further optional process stages.

SELF-ADHESIVE FOILS

Here we replace costly mechanical bonds with state-of-the-art, full-surface adhesives. This saves on resources and time in final use. We create new possibilities for you to use innovative adhesion solutions with a range of coating processes.
